This page will give you all the information relating to our terms and conditions, from our offer to your confirmed reservation, or in the unlikely event, your cancellation. Should you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us.
Offers:
All our offers are of course given to for free.
They are not contractual and the availability is subject to change at all times. We recommend that you "pre-book" your accommodation if our offer is of interest.
If not specified otherwise in our offer, our rates include: accommodation, service and V.A.T.
City Tax per night: CHF 1.25/child - CHF 3.30/adult
Reservation:
To confirm your reservation we need
- Your phone number (preferably your mobile)
- Your credit card number (with expiry date and the CVV (the 3 digits at the back of the card)
By communicating these details to us, you declare having read and accepted our cancellation policy (described below).
Upon receipt of this data, we will send you the detailed reservation confirmation. Thank you for taking the time to read through and check this confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
Every confirmed reservation will be charged 4% administration fee if cancelled.
On our reservation confirmation, we will indicate the number of days prior to your arrival before which you are still able to cancel your reservation without incurring room penalties. You can cancel until that date at 6PM.
Example: Should your confirmation indicate "Cancellation policy: 10 days"; this mean that you can still cancel your reservation 10 days prior (or earlier than this) to your arrival. For example, if your arrival is planned for January 20th, January 9th at 6PM would be the last time you can cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation the day of your arrival, it will be considered as "No Show".
For any bookings without cancellation policy specifications; 2 days apply (terms above)
N.B.: No Show = after a reservation has been made, the guest does not show up without notice.
If you cancel your reservation beyond the indicated period, you will be charged as follows:
- There will be no room charge penalties if we can resell the room (only the 4% administration fee)
- 50% of the cost of your stay outside the high season if we cannot rebook the room
- The entire stay during high season or in case of a No Show
When is the high season?
Christmas - New Year / February + March school holidays / winter week-ends.
During the high season, a 2 to 7 night stay can be required.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE sometimes seems superfluous but can, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, avoid useless expenses. Certain credit card companies propose insurance subject to terms and conditions.
